New beginnings require new commitment. Fresh starts are not the same as new beginnings.
New Beginnings:
• New understanding
• New values
• New attitude (mindset/perception)
• New identity
You cannot force a new beginning. Things have to change and we must be intentional in pursuit of our new beginning.
Path to a successful new beginning:
• Remember the purpose
• Paint a picture
• Layout a plan
• Do your part
You must reinforce your new beginning
• Be consistent
• Ensure quick successes
• Symbolize the new identity
• Celebrate the success
