Organize is the first step of “active growth”  Foundation Scripture:  Nehemiah 2:18 Recognize that stepping into the journey can bring many emotions.  Anticipation  Anxiety  Excitement  Discovery  Doubt 1. Overcome fear.  2. We overcome fear with faith.  Hebrews 11:1-3 3. The things learned during the “assess” stage are put into place now.

 God wants a commitment. Commitment is important. Assessment and commitment are party of the pre-growth phase of the acorn model. Assessment happens in your head. Assessment without commitment is incomplete. Commitment without assessment is uninformed. Commitment knows the risk but goes anyway. Tell only the faithful few until you’re ready to commit.  Commitment is contagious. Foundation Scriptures: Luke 14:28-33 Nehemiah 2:9-20
